Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), laying down provisions for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the Data Controller is required to provide data subjects with certain information regarding the use of their personal data.
In the present case, the undersigned Sitec srlin theperformance of its activities/functions needs to process information and personal data referable to its organization, acting in the role of Data Controller under the GDPR.
The information and personal data, provided by you, or acquired within the framework of your contractual relationship with the writer, are processed in accordance with the laws in force and the obligations of confidentiality that have always inspired our activity.

The processing of data, is aimed at the pre-contractual and contractual management of the activities carried out on behalf of the customer by Sitec srlParticularemphasis is placed on the purposes of:
- Commercial and pre-contractual management, with respect to all activities preceding the conclusion of the contract;

- Management of supply, delivery and support services for the solutions and products provided as per contract and/or order
- Post-sales commercial and promotional management, regarding solutions, new products, event organization, in line with proposed services and solutions.

In general, for the above-mentioned purposes, depending on the case, the data will be stored at our company, at the client’s IT infrastructure, at our datacenters, or at datacenters of our suppliers, and will be communicated exclusively to the competent parties, internal or external to the organization, as subsequently described, for the performance of the services necessary for the proper management of the contractual relationship and the underlying services with guaranteed protection of the rights of the data subject.
LAWFULNESS AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The processing of personal data by the Controller is legitimized by the following conditions (Art.6 of the GDPR):
- The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and for the possible execution of pre-contractual or post-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.
